fairly quiet room and good bathroom with hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location was particularly good.

Clean hotel in a new building short walk to the city center which is convenient to travel up north and down south of Surin and central Surin. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Good position close to mini mall.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in downtown Surin. the prices were very reasonable for the great quality and amenities offered. The rooms were clean and modern, complete with a comfy bed and a mini bar that was restocked daily. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was right in the center, close to a mini mall. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a variety of Asian and Western dishes to choose from.

No major issues, everything was fine.

Had a fantastic stay during Thanksgiving holiday! Loved the complimentary breakfast and local cuisine offered. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore both north and south regions. the bed was comfortable and the interior design was impressive. It felt like staying in a global chain hotel. the staff were always friendly and made us feel welcomed. we had a great experience!

The shower temperature was difficult to regulate, sometimes getting too hot or too cold. there were some noisy disturbances at night, which made it hard to sleep.

I was really impressed with the great modern decor throughout the hotel! The value for money was outstanding, as I received much more than I expected from a higher star hotel. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious selection of both International and Thai dishes. I particularly enjoyed the variety of different Thai dishes served each day. The newly opened gym was also a great addition to the hotel, offering top-notch facilities for a workout.

We loved staying at this hotel as it was conveniently located in the heart of the city and close to a mini mall. The hotel facilities were top notch with massage services, a better equipped gym than some 5 star hotels, and even a retro arcade machine. The breakfast was incredible with local cuisine that varied daily, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations and we felt safe with the underground secure parking.
